For the safety of our exhibitors and fairgoers NO vehicles will be parked inside the grounds, including camping areas. Please park all vehicles and trailers outside of the fairgrounds.  If you need to bring feed or supplies in with your vehicle, please do so before 8am AND ONLY THROUGH THE CAMPGROUND GATE.
Trailer parking is available at the northeast end of the grounds behind the Weed District Shop.

At time of registration, you must specify the size of your camper AND type of hookup.  Site location may be requested.  Our camp superintendent will do their best to accommodate location requests,  but is not guaranteed. 
30 AMP hookup- $30
50 AMP hookup- $50

1.  Electrical services are available on first come, first serve basis only, although families from  outside of Culbertson will be given site preference in the event we are too full. 
2.  Pump services and water are unavailable. No water dumping on site.
3.  Quiet time– 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
4.  Exhibitors are responsible for own garbage.
5.  Showers available at the restroom pavilion.
6.  No open pit fires or BBQ on grounds.
7.  No alcohol or tobacco allowed outside RVs.
8.  RVs may not park parallel to airport fence. All RVs must face perpendicular to fence line.
9.  All fees for camping must be paid to RCF at time of entry. Exhibitors who do not pay for their camping site may end up forfeiting $50 from their premiums.

Campground Rules:

  2. Electrical services are available on a first come, first serve basis only, although families from outside of Culbertson will be given site preference in the event we are too full.
  3. All spots are numbered and have yellow and orange lines marking boundaries.  Please stay in your spot. Spots 1-8 are painted on the ground.  11-20 are labeled on the electrical posts. Spaces will be numbered and assigned by Staff and Superintendent.

  9. If any minor is caught consuming alcohol at your camper area, authorities will be called and you and your RV/camper will be asked to leave immediately. There are no exceptions- even if it is not your child. Any and all public laws will be enforced.
  10. RVs may not park parallel to the airport fence. All RVs must face perpendicular to the fence line and stay within designated lines.
  11. All fees for camping must be paid to RCF at time of entry. Exhibitors who do not pay for their camping site may end up forfeiting their premiums. They are also ineligible for camping again until past-due fees are paid. Fee permits must be prominently displayed. 
  12. Campers can be on fairgrounds property from Sunday afternoon before fair to Sunday afternoon after fair.  If you need more time let us know and we can rent you the spot by the day. Air conditioner units may not be turned on until Wednesday and must be turned off by Sunday morning.  Units running prior to or after this timeline will be charged by the day.
  13. Absolutely NO LIVESTOCK or livestock trailers in the camping area. Living quarters trailers are permitted.
  14. Pets must be confined or on a leash 6 feet or less in length. Unattended pets are subject to immediate removal and impoundment. With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in bathrooms or shower buildings and pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Do not attach pet leashes, ropes, chains, clothes lines, etc. to trees or shrubs, or to airport fence.  Pets are not permitted to leave the camping area.
  15. Speed limit is 5 MPH in the camping area and roadways into the fairgrounds.  Violators will lose their ability to camp.
  16. No ORVs, golf carts, ATVs, etc. may be ridden or operated in the campgrounds.
  17. Generators are allowed but please be respectful of your neighbor and not run late at night, all night or early morning. 
  18. No person or persons shall take it upon themselves to tamper with any electrical systems. NO burying of any lines. If there is any issue with your electrical hookup, please contact the superintendent see rule #1 if you are unsure of who to contact. 
  19. Youth campers must have a chaperone (ages 21 & over). No minors are to be left unattended in campgrounds. We abide by the curfew ordinance of the Town of Culbertson and Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Department.  Please see the attached curfew ordinance if questions arise.
  20. Campgrounds are for exhibitors and those camping ONLY.  Guests to campers must park in the parking lots and walk to the campgrounds.  
  21. No one is permitted to sleep in a car.  Tents may be pitched as part of your space, as long as it fits within the lines. 
  22. Tent camping (without camper/RV) is permitted. Tent spaces are $10 and are on the east end of the fairgrounds behind the Weed District building.
  23. Anyone not abiding by these rules or instructions of Fairgrounds Staff, Superintendents or Board will be asked to leave the fairgrounds with forfeiture of all fees paid. 
  24. No refunds will be given. 
Liability Waiver:
Camper understands and acknowledges Roosevelt County, its affiliates and employees are not responsible for the loss or damages of any equipment, supplies, or property. The camper shall indemnify and hold harmless Roosevelt County, it’s affiliates and employees, from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees which arise out of, or in any way related to, andy and all personal injury, death, theft and/or property damage in connection with the use of Roosevelt County , and of its affiliates or employees. 
By paying your camping fees and signing your fee permits, you agree to this waiver and these rules.
